This 50x44-ft space is tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood with dark skies, which made it great for stargazing. We saw Javelins, coyotes, chipmunks, and lots of beautiful birds (it is a nice bird watch spot). The sunsets were AMAZING! Our hosts were the best! There is a gas station & Basha’s grocery center with a Starbucks only 8 minutes from the site. It took us about 20 minutes to get to Oro Valley & about 30 minutes to get into Tucson. It is a beautiful, easy drive with lots of convenient stores and restaurants nearby once you drive out of the neighborhood. \nWe have a 20ft 1680 Lance trailer that we pull with a Ford truck our total length is 40ft. We were able to turn around in the space, but any longer of a rig & it would have been tight. We did not have to do any leveling as the land (compact dirt, clay, rock) was already level and well-maintained. There is a slight drop getting into the space. It is important to follow the directions that the host sends out to you. The area has dirt roads, with some tight spaces, & private driveways with little ability to turn around. The hook-ups were clean, well-maintained, & easy to connect to, there was a clean garbage bin. The water pressure was perfect. Excellent Wi-Fi connection.
