The land is on a mesa which provided really beautiful views. There is a campfire ring and bundles of firewood and kindling to start with. It was private and quiet we felt safe on the land. The shed was a nice refuge from a few cold and windy nights. The solar battery banks were so helpful to be able to charge our phones and camera equipment. We have at&t and we all had reception. My son had so much fun jumping on the trampoline. \nWe appreciated the two 5 gallon water jugs and easily refilled at gas station short drive away. \nWe set up our tent on the pagoda there are a few built in stakes but bring some of your own and rope bc ours didn’t reach the two that were available.
