About this space
This old orchard was part of Capt. D.C. Rumey's farm in the 1860's. The town of Rumsey took its name from him because he was an early settler and had a wayside inn and stage stop. Until several decades ago, his farm house stood across the road from my B&B. We had a nice and relaxing time. Camilla was a great host. We had breakfast there and it was wonderful. We would definitely like to come back another time soon. Thank you for a great stay!
