We have a 2WD and had no issues with accessibility. There's a dirt road with some potholes but we were able to drive around them ok. We hadn't had any rain but I understand why a couple of reviews mentioned getting bogged after a lot of rainful. However there's some fresh pebbles on the road and this has since been taken care of.
