Scott made us feel very welcome by checking to make sure we had all the information we needed prior to arrival; and when we did run into him, he offered us some local information and freshly harvested potatoes from his garden! It was a great addition to our dinner meal. The campsite was very peaceful and serene. It isn’t too far away from town but cell service is definitely not an amenity (fine by us! One of the many reasons to go camping). And since the property is so rural, we were able to see many stars late at night including the Milky Way! It was beautiful. The creek provided calming sounds to fall asleep to and was great to cool off in after a quick hike up to Tanner falls. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend camping here if you’re in the area!
