I forget there names but all were lovely. Available if needed or should you have questions. Dry sauna was amazing. Followed by a dip in the “cold” pond then back in sauna. 3 sets of that in 10 minute intervals and I felt amazing!!!! You HAVE to do the dry sauna but make sure to reserve. I think it was like $20 or $25 for the sauna. A steal! I tipped too cause that fire has to be started by someone. A great detoxer and overall amazing experience. Firewood can be purchased and is great burning wood at your site in a small fire ring. I traveled solo with my dog but if you have kids there is alot for them to do on site. I will return!
