The Cabin is one of three accommodation sites at the farm \- the others being our handmade Shepherd's Hut \- built by Adrian during Lockdown in 2021 \- which is located the other end of our small woodland \(300 yards away from the Cabin\) and our brand new Railway Wagon which comes with its own shower and electricity situated in the corner of one of our fields\. The site itself feels private and peaceful except for the times the microlights are taking to the sky which can provide its own entertainment\! Our stunning natural backdrop is the perfect place to be at one with the outdoors\. Lovely sunrise views from the Wagon and sunsets from the Cabin\. They all look out to the local hills such as Garway Hill, Orcop and Aconbury and the Black Mountains can be seen from the fields\. As mentioned above we have an indoor heated swimming pool which proves to be extremely popular with our guests\. The pool is timetabled so that our Waterbabies clients and our Glamping guests can all enjoy swimming\. We have recently taken great joy in providing a meeting point for close friends to reunite, a venue for a romantic marriage proposal as the sun set behind Hay Bluff and many opportunities for families to relax together whilst collecting sticks in the woods, toasting marshmallows in the fire pit and spending hours playing in the pool\. We are 3 miles from Hereford but the impression is that you are well away from the noise, traffic and crowds of town\. Some of our guests spend hours chatting, cooking, swimming and happily catching up and relaxing whilst not leaving the farm and others spend long days having outdoor adventures in the Forest of Dean, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains\. Waking up on a sunny morning with huge empty fields all around you, birdsong and the microlights (which are great fun to watch) made this holiday for us. The cabin is cosy and charming. Immaculately clean and our hosts were so kind and friendly. This lent the experience a personal touch. The warm heated pool was magical. This is no ordinary grubby camping experience - this is a private and secluded, spacious gate away in the stunning Herefordshire countryside. The dogs roamed , kids played in such a beautiful setting & we were very lucky to have to glorious weather to go with it.\r\nThe hut itself is so well planned out & very spacious. Extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. From cookers, lighting , gas BBQ & much more. \r\nThe boys enjoyed the luxury of the heated pool many times & Sally was so accommodating to allow this. \r\nWe were also very lucky to see a mini aeroplane take off right outside the hut on the runway to the side of the cabin, Something you don't see everyday. \r\nOverall our stay was wonderful, relaxing & quirky which is what I was looking for. \r\nWe would highly recommend \r\n\r\nThanks you Sally & Family.
