The trail has been extended recently and cyclists, walkers and horse riders can now go through the former Midland Railway Tunnels that were closed for more than 30 years\. Haddon Hall is an unspoilt, fortified medieval and Tudor manor house with terraced rose gardens and is still home to the Manners family, which has owned it since 1567\.
