      "reviewBody": "Beautifully landscaped site, well maintained and lots of privacy. The charming deck is a wonderful place to have breakfast and view the birds in the large cedars at the back of the property.  A wave from the friendly neighbors helped me feel welcome in this quiet neighborhood. Level gravel site with lots of turning room for newbies to back-in. Never saw Rick (owner) but communication was great and he’s thought of everything when it comes to utilities/amenities.  The scent of Summer blooms, pine and acacia (pink silk) added to the ambience. Highly recommend. "

      "reviewBody": "Great property!!! The built in patio/ fire pit were an added plus!!! The space was pretty level and covered in crushed stone so very clean. ( our levelers sunk into the stone so we just dug out a bit on one side. ) Host was very responsive. Close to beaches. Would definitely head back!! "
